WORK TIME:
- Art - 1 to 2 weeks depending on amount of revisions
- Rigging - 1 to 2 weeks
These are estimates on work time but I may finish it earlier or later. I'll be openly communicating with your order every step of the way in case there will be delays.
Payment
I accept 50% payment upfront and 50% payment upon completion. Or full payment upfront. Let me know which you'd prefer.
Terms and Conditions
Includes commercial use, can be used for videos for twitch and youtube. Kindly credit me.
Note: For furries, I only accept short snout characters. Please see samples.
Please provide image references for the character you want to create.
*I will send a sketch for approval (you can ask for revisions) and once approved will proceed with coloring and lineart.
*Finished colored artwork will be sent for approval again. Small revisions accepted like lighten color of hair etc.
* After approval, no more revisions will be accepted since I will start rigging your character.

Please take note this is not a physical item. So no item will be shipped to you physcially. This listing is for a digital personalized commission. Files will be sent to you digitally upon completion.
We ship via LBC Cash on Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated depending on your location. We will send an email for the total cost of your order.
Delivery estimate cost:
- Makati or Manila - 64 pesos
- Cavite - 54 pesos
- Visayas Mindanao - 84 pesos

Items will be picked up and will be delivered to the recipient around 3 to 7 days.
How long before an item is shipped?
We usually ship as soon as an order is received but please give us at least 1-2 days to process and prepare your order.
For hardcover journals or other custom items, please give us a at least a week to create the item as these are handmade. Once item is shipped you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order status while waiting for delivery.
Returns/Refund
If you receive the item damaged, we can send a replacement for free. Just send us visual proof of the damaged item.

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Customized and personalized items can not be returned (i.e. Notebook or mugs with printed Name)
