​Where is Timelax Mini Creations located?

We are an online store based in Cavite, Philippines. 

​

What mode of payments do you accept?

We offer Cash on Delivery option. Your order will be delivered via LBC courier and you pay your order once delivered to your preferred address.

​

Can I buy your items at a physical store?

Yes! You can purchase our items at The Craft Central branches in malls at 3F Greenbelt 5 Makati.

​

Please take note that items will be limited there and there will be a price difference on items sold at physical stores of Craft Central since they get a percentage for us renting on their space.

​

We highly recommend you to purchase here online directly to us so you can have more items to choose from :)

How long before an item is shipped?

We usually ship out as soon as we receive an order but please give us 2 days to a week to process your order.  Kindly take note that custom items or made to order items may take longer depending on quantity and type. (ie. hardcover journals) You will receive an email with tracking number details once I have shipped the item.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, orders should take 2-3 days but may take a week depending on location. 

Do you sell your items at anime and game conventions?Yes! We have attended several conventions since 2017 at SMX MOA Convention Center. We usually announce our table booth and events we're attending on our facebook and twitter page.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! If you'd like to request for a custom order you can send us a message just fill up the details in our Contact page and we'll discuss!

Is there a minimum order required?

There's no minimum order required!

Returns & Refunds

If I send wrong design or the item is damaged upon receiving, I will send a replacement for the faulty item or offer a refund if preferred. No need to return the damaged item to me. Please contact me and provide pictures within 48 hours upon receipt of the broken item and we can discuss!

I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations

  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customized and personalized items can not be returned (i.e. Notebook with printed Name)

What if I provide the wrong address?

We always ship based on the address provided by the customer during check out. If it's not the right address, let us know right away. We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address if you do not provide the correct address.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes we do! Just email us and we can discuss and we'll send you a quotation of total costs of both items and shipping! :)
